I had a few more ideas:

Signs
T-shirts
Karaoke (I have the CD but no boombox...)

I will also be attending the show (RENT) on August 3. From there I plan on camping out outside the studio until the show. Like I said... let me know if you'd like to join!

Well, I guess I'll probably just get up a bit before seven, because I doubt I'll even be able to record it because my VCR is stupid. I just hope they perform before 8:45, because that's when I have to leave for work (if I even go, that is! :-P). Wait, does it end at nine?

i guess i'll wake up to record and not go to the today show. it would be awfully crazy. i'm excited to start a new tape that will be dedicated to rent on tv. that's right - rent on tv! i know there's footage or numbers on tv once in a while but rent on tv...it's happening! the exposure to the public (past the trailer) has begun and it all starts this thursday!

I have a tape like that; I started it with a teeny snippet that was on the WB11 News when they shot in NY, then the Access Hollywood bit. I have to transfer the Access Hollywood trailer showing onto there, but now I'll have the Today Show and whatever I tape myself at the park. YAY!

It definitely didn't work. I guess I'll just get up before 7 am to make sure I get the RENT movie folks. Anyway, I leave probably before 8:15, so I really hope that it comes on beforehand.

There are always tapes like that on eBay that have clips from TV appearances and things from when the show first opened, etc. I was too young to have watched all of that happen, so I want to make one this time around.
