The cast of the RENT movie performing in Bryant Park on August 4th!

For those who didnt know (I just found out, myself), the cast of the Rent movie will be performing on August 4th, 12:30, Bryant Park, after their Today's Show appearance (NBC). :)
(paraphrased from the BCEFA homepage)
And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps... What did she realize, Kitten? That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs. What's wrong with that? Nothing, if you don't believe in them. But she did, you see. She believed in enchanted evenings, and she believed that a small cloud passed overhead and cried down on a flower bed, and she even believed there was breakfast to be had... Where? On Pluto. The mysterious, icy wastes of Pluto.

Well, there we go. Holy sh*t. I heard it from someone who found it on another message board - but... I'd think that BC/EFA wouldn't lie.

God, it's been too long. Adam had better be ready, yeah? re: The cast of the RENT movie performing in Bryant Park on August 4th!

*yells a long string of swears* That's my first day of school. I'll have to set the Today Show to tape and pray it works. The cast of Rent...wow...*stares off dreamily* I glow in joy! *glows*
1. Ted Allen: Everyone has an interesting life if you ask the right questions.
2. Great buckets of Spoffnor, they're going to sing!
3. "I love shrubs that are historical." -Johnny and The Sprites
4. "We're not singing it to you, we're singing it for us." -Rosario Dawson, about La Vie Boheme
5. "The best moments in reading are when you come across something - a thought, a feeling, a way of looking at things - which you had thought special and particular to you. And now, here it is, set down by someone else, a person you have never met, someone even who is long dead. And it is as if a hand has come out, and taken yours." -The History Boys
6. "Pass the parcel. That's sometimes all you can do. Take it, feel it and pass it on. Not for me, not for you, but for someone, somewhere, one day. Pass it on, boys. That's the game I want you to learn. Pass it on." -The History Boys

Kristin Chenoweth could barely control a Great Dane she trotted onto the stage. "Great, they gave me a dog that weighs five times what I do", she quipped. For the record, she weighs 93 pounds, and has a Maltese.

This sucks! All the way out here in friggin Nevada, whishing to be in New York. I am horribly depressed now. I will move to New York; if i have to live in the cheeto bag behind the dumpster of some resturant. I guess i'll watch the today show, but ahhhhhh the pain!

If only living on campus was cheaper....I would just buy an airplane ticket and go but no, my school's definition of fun is raising tuition costs and dorm fees! Anyone know a good site for REALLY cheap tix?

Emcee, dear darling girl! If you send me a copy of the videotape (I'll pay even) I will worship you as a goddess.
