The original 'Triple Espresso' closing after 12 year run.

The caffeine buzz will soon end. "Triple Espresso" has announced that after 12 years it will close its Minneapolis production in 2008. The comedy has grossed nearly $40 million in 40 theaters worldwide since it debuted at the Music Box Theatre in Minneapolis. The company also announced the long-running San Diego show will shut down Feb. 17, after 11 years.

I live in San Diego and have seen this show at least 6 or 7 times. It was easily the most funny show I have ever seen. I am sorry this will be closing. If you get the chance see this show before it closes.

It played for a short time here in Denver but I don't think it wen't over well. It was gone before I had a chance to see it and I think they wanted it to be here longer than it lasted.

Aw, sad. I saw it in San Diego about 5 years ago and it remains to be one of the funniest things I've ever seen.
