I Saw this show in London...Very Good the leading actress but so bad the rest of the show!! The score are so banal and dated for me, the character of the devil so stupid and so far from the movie (the songs for the devil are silly!)...The movie script was so good, but the book of the musical version so boring!
Nothing to do with a wonderful and tuneful witches show as "Wicked"...
If Broadway wont a musical about "Eastwick" is better if made a completely new one, with a new score and a new book...It's just my opinion re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: re: The tim

YES!! ALICE RIPELY, EMILY SKINNER, and Carolee are such good ideas!!! Musicaltheatreman you are totally on par. I like the idea of Huge Jackman too! and (again, you are totally on) Judy kaye is perfect.

Other suggestions:
Alex - Ruthie Henshall

Jane - Mary Stuart masterson? i don't know, she's such an incredible actress, something makes me think of her, but maybe she's too young, who knows!!

Sukie - Annie Golden, for some reason i always wanted to see her do that role, (maybe not as much as alice ripely though)

okie
