The greatest cause for American celebration today, imo!
She won a Theatre World Award in 1953 for THE TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL, and in 1972 played Mary Todd Lincoln in the short-lived THE LINCOLN MASK (did this Mary Todd want to be a cabaret star?)
