Happy to announce I have finalized my plans for my upcoming theater trip.
This will be my first time back to NY since March of last year. Used to do these private trips fairly regularly - twice a year from between 2005 to 2019, so it will be wonderful to get a chance to see some shows and stay at my "home in NY", The Michelangelo Hotel, directly behind the Winter Garden.
I used to do these trips alone, but on this one, I will be joined on this trip by my beautiful fiancee and my mother, who has become best girlfriends with my fiancee the past few years. They will hang out together while I see some shows, but they will be joining me for the show on the last night. (They're not the theater devotees that I am, though they enjoy it. My future wife still thanks me for giving her the chance to observe Hugh Jackman's butt when I took her to see The Music Man in 2022.)
The shows I will be seeing are Tammy Faye (Tuesday, October 29th - 7 PM), Oh, Mary (Wednesday October 30 - 5 PM), Once Upon a Mattress (Wednesday October 30 - 7 PM) and Left on Tenth (Thursday October 31 - 7 PM).
I'm sure it will be crazy around Times Square on Halloween, and not really looking forward to that, but it was the cheapest rate I could get for the hotel. Despite this, just will be great to be back again, and wishing for another wonderful time.

Exciting, was the hotel more expensive this year?
