Hmm Jochang I was at the stagedoor too last Wednesday.....I left after Nellie came out. Did Cyndi ever come back like she said?

haha, what a small world! i didn't stick around to check - my suspicions was that her return was highly unlikely, even tho the security guards gave everyone hope. i left right after nellie mckay came out as well.

for everyone else, cyndi lauper came out briefly and announced that she would be back in 20 minutes to sign autographs b/c she had to go somewhere.

I was there last Wednesday afternoon too. Remember the goat? I was on the side of the barricade closer to the Ed Sullivan Theater with my girlfriend. We waited for Cyndi for about ten more minutes after Nellie McKay came out. Wow it really is a small world because by the time Nellie came out I think there were only four or five of us waiting, who knew that most of us were BWWers?

i remember the goat! not surprised a lot of us there were bww-ers, probably the only ones left were the bww-ers with some possible cyndi lauper fans. so i guess cyndi didn't come back?

Cyndi had two friends meet her at the stage door so I wasn't that surprised that she didn't come back. I was really disappointed because we didn't spot Brian Charles Rooney (assuming he exited the stage door). The doorman tried calling him but nobody picked up. Regardless it was a great show and I'm so happy I got to see it before the closing.

I was probably in the shower - or walked out and no one recognized me... no one does usually and I wish people would ask me to stop if they did recognize me... I am always a little shy about walking up to sign things.

BCR, your greatness was already lauded by so many reviews and newspapers, i sat back and enjoyed and laughed my head off. when i describe 3penny, i find myself describing lucy's aria first. i was hoping i could have said hello at the stage door.

i'm such a big fan of the show, really wish i could see it again. for those of you seeing it soon, enjoy every minute!

I remember the goat! Nellie liked it, she is a big animal activist and I smiled seeing her randomly encounter a goat in NYC hahaha!

I find it funny that most of us were from BWW. I was the boy who was in the black and white striped polo and asked the doorman if Brian was coming out. I wanted to meet him and Nellie the most after the show, they were the two biggest standouts for me personally. I hope to get back again and see them again before it closes.

I always feel presumptuous if I go outside and just start to sign people's playbills... I never know if someone wants my signature or not... It's so much better when people ask :)

I will be there after the show today BCR, we are getting in early and getting student rush, and then after the show we are definitely coming for autographs! I will definitely get an autograph and a picture! I am so excited! I really hope the student rush tickets are available. I am really looking forward to it! See you after the show!

All_for_Laura - I've seen her once out of the stage door, out of the three times I stagedoored it, but I wasn't paying attention the other two times lol..Sorry, I'm not much help. But her voice is AMAZING in that show - she's definatley someone to look for at the stagedoor!! :)

I was dyyyyyying to get BSM (and no not Brian Stokes Mitchell), she was one of the reasons I looked forward to the show when it was announced. I love her voice in The Wild Party so she signed my cd and I brought Parade with me too, but I felt bad asking her to sign 2 cds and the playbill so I let her go.

did anyone rush the show wednesday? if so how was it I wanna see it either sat or sun, which do you think i'd have a better chance getting rush tickets to?

There was only one other person student rushing with us today, so it wasn't a problem at all, and the house wasn't filled so we moved up

well student rush tickets dont go on sale till half an hour before the show starts, so half an hour before the show starts
