Ticket Hints

i've been researching a few shows on ticketmaster just for the heck of it. Now i've been looking for tickets in June. Not bad seats, like back orchestra. But I'm wondering if anyone has any hints to get better seats? Do you wait until closer to the performance?

Unfortunately, Ticketmaster's website is really unhelpful with pulling decent seats, most times I find. If you can find a friend in the city who will purchase seats directly from the box office for you, that's your best bet.

Ticketmaster is the evil empire.

That's why I only use Bass Tickets or TicketTron.
