Sorry to post another thread about the strike, but in case anyone is interested or has tickets for today...

I just spoke with Telecharge. As I have tickets to a matinee today, I was curious about their refund policy. I was told to call the following number 1-800-543-4835 (Customer service) after 8:30 am and they would refund my ticket, assuming a strike occurs. (I'm keeping my fingers crossed that some last minute deal occurs...)

Funny, I just called Telecharge and they told me to call 212-239-6211 after 9:00am. They are extremely busy re: Ticket cancellation info

Interesting, Jimbo. My guess is that they set up additional information lines ...yep, why do I have the feeling they will be very busy today?

Well, thanks for posting your number-I just tried the number given to me and it's out of service (I'm calling from NY). What a mess this is going to be.

I just called Telecharge. As Testing1232 posted, Telecharge is automatically refunding tickets purchased with a credit card within two business days.

I guess I'm off to buy new tickets to replace the refunded ones!

Important Message to Broadway Patrons

Due to a strike by Local One, IATSE stagehands, there will be no performances today at many Broadway theatres. Off Broadway shows and several Broadway productions, including CYMBELINE, MARY POPPINS, MAURITIUS, PYGMALION, THE RITZ, THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE, XANADU and YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN will perform this week according to their normal schedules. Please note, the $3.10 per order processing fee and any ticketFast or UPS delivery charges are non-refundable.
