Ticket exchange for better seats at box office

Hello,

I bought tickets for Side Show a few months ago using a discount code. Recently better seats at the same discounted price have become available. I already have my tickets in hand so I can't go through Telecharge, but is it possible to exchange tickets at the box office for the same performance and price, but newly available seats?

You'd be surprised what asking nicely day-of at the box office can do. They can always say no, but I've seen many box office workers change seats with no problem. Just don't ask during the half hour rush and don't be upset if they say no.

You can go through telecharge even if you have hard copy tickets in hand. I have changed dates/seats for multiple shows through telecharge after I had the hard copy tickets. In fact, I exchanged Side Show seats from a date in early January to a date in late December. While you are on the phone with telecharge, they will call the Side Show box office on the phone and get permission direct from the box office. It has always worked for me.
