I didn't see anyone else post this, but pretty much the first two weeks of performances for Time Stands Still are up on TDF. Just nabbed one for the first preview myself.
Just thought I would give a heads up for anyone interested. They got this one up early!

I'm not sure I understand what you mean, but I was just saying that any show that puts itself on TDF befor eit even opens but ha sbeen on sale for a while is asking to close with dignity.
I never understood why producers do that. TDF sales don't generate full-price ticket sales. They generate other TDF ticket sales!

Posted: 7/23/10 at 8:44amThe show opens on 10/7, not sure I would jump to any conclusions, there have been shows who showed up on TDF for previews only. For TSS, the seats on TDF are said to be either in Balcony or Mezz. so they are the lower price end range. OKfine, you are right TDF sales do not generate full price tickets but they have other benefits, including word of mouth promotions and tax write offs.
