My phone is being a dick and won't let me post the screenshot, but as of today Tix4Students.com is officially shut down...

oh what a shame now maybe shows will go back to actually offering reasonable rush tickets instead of this

This is really disappointing, especially as rush/lottery prices are quickly approaching $50 across the board
Huh. I wonder what led to this decision. It's still a shame since I saw a lot of great theatre through them when I was in college.
I sort of had a feeling things were going downhill when there were no offerings appearing for quite some time. The most recent one they added was Chenoweth's run at the Lunt and it's been quiet since. It's a shame! Loved this service.

Studentboxoffice.com seems like a decent replacement. Its free and all of their tickets are $5. They've had some good shows.

I recently joined that new site. Is the listing of shows on there all the shows they've ever had or have there been others? It's a pretty small list but at least there's one closed broadway show that none of the other papering sites I use ever had.

Would you be able to share any of the papering sites you use? You can PM me if you don't want to publicly list any. Thanks.

I use:
Gold Club $60 if you're a student or other promotions - some shows other sites don't get but it's been getting worse as of late
Show score $0 - smaller selection and tickets go fast, but good for obscure stuff
Will call club $20 - best value, often has good stuff
Have used:
Club free time $20 - very few good stuff and the other sites already have them
Others:
Play by play $115
Theater extras $100
Audience extras $115
Those are too much money and have ridiculous rules about keeping money for fees in reserve and fees for cancelling. And do they really get much better shows? Probably not. Though someone said a soon to close show was up on a papering site and it wasn't on any of the ones I use, so probably one of them.
If anyone knows of any other new ones post em here.

I was just on the website for Phantom to look at their lottery option and noticed that they still had a link to Tix4Students on their website. Kinda crazy since Tix4Students has been closed for a year and a half.
