Has anyone ever won the TodayTix lottery or successfully gotten tickets to a popular show off rush?
For instance Im on at exactly 10am for The Jungle at St. Ann's Warehouse and immediately it says not available "all seats are being held".
The only ticket i every (unfortunately) received was to Joan of Arc: Into the Fire
Although I never ended up buying the tickets, I tested the system with MOTHER OF THE MAID, and I had them in my cart several times. You can't wait until the clock turns to 10:00, though. You have to keep loading the page and backing out until it shows tickets available. Even then, it's a crap shoot. THE JUNGLE, for instance, only has 6 seats available, which means that just 3 people have to be faster than you, by a split second. So, if there are hundreds of people trying to get in, your chances will be pretty slim.

It is really easy to get for me, using a special trick I discovered. I got The Jungle yesterday, and the seats were on a carpet with pillows behind you. However, for $27.50 I'll take anything.
Other things I've gotten on TodayTix:
Girl From North Country (2x)
Be More Chill
Sweeney Todd (2x)
Other easier ones: HOH, Latin History For Morons, and more.

Be More Chill and Sweeney Todd were lotteries. If there is a special trick for that, I'd love to hear it. ![]()
There have been a few really popular shows recently like Lobby Hero that I was never able to get but on balance I've done pretty well with them and probably got into 75+% of the shows I was interested in eventually after a number of tries.. Certainly done a lot better with them than the Lucky Seat lotteries where I feel like my entries just disappear into a black hole.
I tried for several days and finally got one ticket to a Wed matinee, which I guess the demand wasn't too high. So it is possible. Best of luck!

This past week I lost the Harry Potter $40 lottery but a few minutes later I got notification that I could buy a $99 ticket instead. I was on a conference call at the time so I waited until the call ended which was less than 10 min later. By the time I clicked, the tickets were gone.
