I didn't get anything in the giveaway either, which pissed me off because I use the app loyally and frequently. I've always been satisfied with my seat location, often surprised by how good they are. But this service fee increase is just ridiculous. I get that they have to compete with all these other discount sites, but the draw has always been that they're the cheapest and now... they're not.
I plan to use the admittedly generous $25 code, but after that, I may not use it as much.

If anyone has a code that they aren't going to use and would like to give it away - please DM me. I'd be happy to use it. They didn't send me anything ![]()
These service fees are ridiculous. After I finish a gift certificate that my boyfriend gave me I'll probably only end up using the app for lotteries.

I used Today Tix once on flea market day when I lost the On Your Feet lottery. I have no need to use them unless a show isn't on TDF or Goldstar or I'm in DC. Plus I do their lotteries. Never won on them though.

They didn't give a code for giveaway, they automatically applied the credit to account so can't share it.

I received a $10 credit from that promotion, and on Saturday I won the lottery for A View From The Bridge here in Los Angeles and they were front row seats. So my experience has been pretty great with them

I already don't use them in New York except to enter lotteries because of the concierge fee basically negating any discount they offer. I've been using them in London as you are just charged a small processing fee (as you would be buying tickets online) that's usually shown in the price of the ticket when you're browsing and you pick up directly from the box office.
