Or the two BC's (LOL!) or Seyfried. It may be because these four are the main characters and/or are the only ones actually finished with negotiations and contracts are signed.

Yeah, they don't mention Aaron Tveit either, and we know he's in it.

I agree that it's because of either name recognition or the fact that the listed actors are the only ones who have officially signed on.

No mention of Helena Bonham-Carter either, but there really have not been any other names tossed around as Madame Thénardier, so she's still most likely to play the role.
