The guy keeps busy, no question. It sounds like a wonderful project with a lot of exciting possibilities. I could see how this could also keep Jersey Boys around a bit longer by moving the show out of a huge theater and into a place about the size of the August Wilson.
I am suprised Macintosh is taking a British route instead of starting in Amerkcan on Barnum with Fitzgerald as the title role. Although he has never had a star turn on Broadway he has always gotten raves from critics in whatever show he is in no matter how much they pan the production (Young Frankenstein). I hope it gets a transfer simply so he can finally has a realistic chance on claiming his much deserved Tony since in the past his show has either been closed or is the Spiderman of the season.
