Here is a list I found online with the top 100 longest running musicals in Broadway history. I'm not sure how up-to-date it is, because number 100 was "Annie Get Your Gun" from 1999-2000. Of course, number 1 was Phantom.

Well, according to the page you linked: "All currently-running shows are updated as of July 8, 2012."

Also, it looks as if all the info there did come from IBDB according to the references. But here it all is compiled nice an convenient.
