I bought season 1 of WONDERFALLS the other week, and absolutely fell in love with this show. I had no idea that Katie Finneran was in this, as well as Tracie Thoms. Now that I've seen Thoms on the screen, I can easily say she's a good match to Fredi Walker's Joanne from RENT. Granted, she doesn't sing on WONDERFALLS, but she's beautiful, bold, sexy and edgy. Has anyone else seen this show? I'd be interested to know what you think. I think the writing (in most episodes) is brilliant...

Hey John,

Tracie Thoms is one of my dearest friends and after having been in a million shows with her (she is from my hometown) you will forget all about Fredi Walker. Tracie blows her out of the water. She is an INCREDIBLE singer and she was trained (and graduated) from Julliard. Plus, Tracie is one of the most humble girls you will ever meet which makes her even more wonderful. She so deserves this and that's why I talk her up so much. I talked with her on Friday and I told her how jealous the boards would be knowing that I get the Rent dirt as it happens!! YEAH ME!

I love the show...sad it was canceled.
My fav episode is the one with Rue Mcclanahan her character said she went over Niagara Falls in the 50's but her boyfriend/agent took the real girl (Flannel Granny) out the barrel and put Rue in cause she was prettier.

Bryan Fuller must be pissing people off cause all of his shows have been canned.
