I don't think this board was around when they dropped down "The Lion King."
As much as I hate Glee, I am sort of incredulous at how much press it gets just from talking about crap it intends to do.

I honestly don't give Ryan Murphy much credit for GLEE's success.
If the show came on like any other, it would have failed. What really made GLEE popular was that FOX promoted it in EVERY way possible. They promoted it more than any television show I have ever seen.
I just think they are over doing it now. I know MURPHY signed a contract and he is supposed to do all he can to keep GLEE popular.
I like the musical numbers of GLEE, but not a fan of the story lines.
I think what makes people keep watching GLEE is the fact there are different songs every week with an ongoing story line.
I just have a feeling by the time GLEE gets on Broadway and it has all new actors, it could very well fail. Who knows though.
Who knows, maybe Ryan Murphy won't direct or have anything to do with it. This could be great, if they make it right.
A slightly more forgiving, but still negative look at Eat Pray Love

Phyllis Rogers Stone, you'd better watch it with your Julia mocking or I'll go all Sally Durant Plumber on your ass.

I'll give her credit. She had the internet SCRUBBED of that "A Low Vera" shirt picture. It took me forever to find it.
