ME AND MY BABY from chicago! and "When Velma Takes The Stand."
"Growltiger" from Cats...
"March of the Witch Hunters" from Wicked because IMO, the ensemble is the best part of the show.

Personally, my two favorite songs from The Last Five Years are "Shiksa Goddess" and "A Summmer in Ohio". I've heard many people say that "Shiksa Goddess" is a hilarious song, but I haven't heard anyone say that it is their favorite song...most people seem to like "Nobody Needs To Know" more. And I haven't heard anyone metion "A Summer In Ohio" while talking about The Last Five Years.
I also love "Out of the Blue" from The Wild Party. I don't know why, but I'm really drawn to that song.

I agree with "Octet" from The Light in the Piazza, espcially during Kelli's solo. Her voice is so beautiful- that part gives me chills every time I listen to it.
One of my favorite songs from West Side Story is "Something's Coming". I think I even like it more than "Maria".

I LOVE Fallin' from They're Playing Our Song!
I would say a couple of songs from Marc Governor's Scarlet Letter - no one knows the SHOW, let alone songs from it, but songs like Naive, Main Street at Noon, and Only the Night are fantastic.
No one ever seems to talk about Endless Night from Lion King, which I think is far and away the best song in the show.
"Bill" from Showboat
"My Garden" and "Somebody" from Celebration
"Mama, A Rainbow" from Minnie's Boys (Everyone who hears it loves it, but not many people seem to know it)
"The Assassin Song" from Blondel
"How Do You Love a Girl Like That" and "What Alan Likes" from I Sing
I could go on...

100% agree on Shiksa Goddess. It is my absolute favorite song from the entire show. Actually, I was *not* a huge fan of the show, but then I actually sat down and listened to that particular song and it managed to hook me on Norbert, Last 5 Years, and Jason Robert Brown all at once.
Also, while we're on the subject of JRB, I nominate Come Up To My Office from Parade. This is my favorite song in the show, but everybody else always raves about the ballad songs. I say nothing can beat the beautiful sleaziness of this one. It always leaves me feeling happier.
My favorite Into the Woods song was always No More, which nobody really seems to be into.
Dangerous Game from Jekyll and Hyde doesn't seem to me to get the praise it deserves. Everyone raves about Someone Like You (good song) and A New Life (good song) but Dangerous Game sends shivers up my spine when I listen to it.
Anything from You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. Why do people not rave about this show more? (Or if they do, it's over My New Philosophy from the new version.) Or Snoopy. That show is fantastic also but nobody is really into it. So sad.
For a long time my favorite song in Les Mis was Javert's Suicide...another one not mentioned very much.
Also agreeing with Fallin'! That is a FANTASTIC song.
Hmm. I think I'm done.

PurpleCow - I agree with your Charlie Brown comment - guess people are starting to forget about it.
I have an obsession with Sarah Brown Eyes from Ragtime - not what most people think of when you say Ragtime but it made its way to my iPod's top 25 most played.
