A friend sent me this link this morning. And I just want to share this with other Dreamgirls fans in the board.
I realize that there's a very strict rule when it comes to posting Youtube videos, so feel free to delete this post if ever I violate any.
But damn, i'm really impressed by this young lady. And there are some cute asian boys in the video too :)

Holy Moly!!
I didn't believe it at first - wow - she's crazy good.
The attitude, the presence- that can't be taught.. and to be so young. wow.
Loved it! That girls is a star already, no matter whether she becomes famous or not, she just has IT.
But there is no "It's All Over" though.
I love when she dances with Super Junior. U is one of my fav Kpop songs.
I love her singing "A Whole New World" on the second part. Is she really 15? She looks so much younger.
She is 14.
She used a Korean age of 15 on the show. *or I should say, the show gave her that age.
Korea has a different way of determing age; you are 1 from birth.
Thanks for explaining, Mateo.
She is still older than I thought she was though.
What an amazing presence though, the voice is great but what makes it so good is that she "performs" the song rather than just sit there and sing it.
NP.
Performance is everything in my book.
If a singer can't act, feel and be moved by a song - there is no way in hell they will convince me or anyone else that what they are saying is worth listening to.
*paging Britney fans.
This girl has it and is it. I hope she has a career.
PLEASE. sanitized pop "aguilera-esque" rendition. no thanks.

Oy with the bubbles.
someone posted this a while ago.
No "It's All Over"!!!
That was of my time. Time I'm NEVER getting back for listening to that tired 26 year old song. At least if "It's All Over" was on there, it would have been a refreshing twist.
URGH!
Calm down and get me a martini, will ya?
Sheesh.
CHANGE THE TITLE of this thread to FANTASTIC RENDITION
She hit every note spot on, with a fresh intensity and power that many adult singers could never find. She was unbelievable...possibly the best rendition to date.
Watch ELLEN for this amazing kid.
She's a young Filipina girl named Charice Pempengco that was a guest in a Korean variety show. She's not from Korea. Her stint in The Ellen Show is linked below.
The Ellen Show featuring Charice
I just saw both her Korean debut and her performance on Ellen thanks to another forum, and I agree.
OMG, she's got a good voice and good stage presence. I wish her the best of luck and hope to see her around again.
I'm so jealous!!!

She's utterly brilliant.
Then again sadly her career maybe limited to Kim, Eponine & Mei-Li.
