By JAY RECORDS, on some new compilation of Sondheim songs. Does anyone else know what else was recorded?

I think this was mentioned within a thread (the miscasting one), but I don't think a thread was started in itself. (I also am not sure if anyone will care, TBH the board seems to be dying a bit).
But it's exciting that we will have these on record. I hope that Clark was in great voice and she hits strongly the low notes in "LOSING MY MIND" like she did at Encores! and often (but not always, based on a couple of audios I've heard) in LA, see:

(Ideally, the keys will also be lowered back to the original....not really sure why they raised them. Perhaps with it lower it seemed a little bit too assertive/aggressive. I also hope the orchestrations are ok :-/)
Of course, since it's on JAY RECORDS....can we really expect it to be released before the next FOLLIES revival?
I care, qolbinau.
I don't have the ear to identify key changes over a period of months, but by the end of the LA run, Clark had found the perfect placement in her voice for every note of the score. Hers was truly one of the great performances I've heard in a long, long time.
(Just for reference, I should say I've heard Dorothy Collins and Vikki Carr sing the role. I wouldn't say Clark was better, but she was in that league.)

I imagine they raised the keys to suit Clark's voice. If Sister Act reports were true, she had trouble with the Mother Superior keys, which weren't specifically set for her. She likely did not want to repeat the same experience in an 8-show-a-week production of Follies.
If somebody really cares, posters with better ears then mine discussed the matter on the "Follies in LA" thread. (That isn't the thread title, but that was its content.)
I will say that wherever the song finally landed, it still sounded suitably low and sultry on "Losing My Mind."
