I had my second interview this past Monday and I found out Friday afternoon that I was the best candidate they interviewed and I have the job. I start on June 23. Financially it's better than Disney but other than that I'll have to wait and see.

Posted: 6/14/08 at 10:51pmI will miss it. It is always a standard stop for me everytime I come, though I don't always buy something (I admit to loving their import electronica though). I am hardly an example of the typical consumer, but I do buy most of my music though iTunes, Amazon, or the label. It is sad, but true...the day of the music store is pretty much gone. The only one that really thrives where I live is an independant one that relies upon their used collection, vinyl, and penchant for an alt-rock crowd...and the location is hip too.
