Passed by Virgin yesterday & sign on door shows a 50 % off sale

I am wondering if this is the start of the liquidation.

"Passed by Virgin yesterday & sign on door shows a 50 % off sale"

Virgin always has a sale of some kind going on. Though they probably are starting to prepare for their closing next year. However, Disney didn't "buy" the building...they were looking into leasing the space. And based on the state of the economy, and the number of cuts the Company is making these days, they may be re-thinking.
