But not necessarily Broadway. Producers are also looking at the Park Avenue Armory and other locations to fit the show.
They're still hoping for the Beaumont, which would be the ideal venue.

I am so glad to hear that! This was one of my favorite things I saw in London. The only play I saw twice. I can't wait!
The puppetry is truly incredible.
You lucky ducks! One of the finest pieces of theatre I've ever seen. I still weep at the memories. I have GOT to peer-pressure my parents into seeing it (and taking me along XD)! :3
I hope this turns up at either Melbourne International or Sydney Festival soon. Cause this looks amazing.
I've been hearing and reading about this play for quite a while now, going back to its initial run at the National, and must say it looks fascinating!
This was the Best play I'd ever seen in my life. And I've lived in New York for several years, and served a life in the theatre.
Because the two theatres that War Horse has played at in London (Olivier @ the National, and the New London) are both semi-thrust stages similar to the Beaumont.

First of all, I hated WAR HORSE. Bored to tears and then some. Left after during the intermission.
The puppetry is fascinating, but the show itself is like watching paint dry.
The Beaumont is ideal because it's a half-round thrust, the same exact kind as the Olivier at the National where the piece originated.

Who knows, South Pacific may have lost most of it's original steam by that time. It's still playing to capacity crowds at full price, but who knows how much longer that will last...

This is the happiest news I've heard in some time. War Horse was one of the best theatregoing experiences of my life.
I am SO EXCITED

I saw this in London and thought it was one of the most unique shows I have ever seen. If your an animal lover it's even more of a poignant story. I did enjoy it
thoroughly.
