I THINK "DRACULA" AND "BOMBAY DREAMS" SHOULD BE AMONG BEST MUSICAL.

i love dracula...but lets face it...it will never be up for best musical...i just its up for something...i would say kelli ohara as best supporting actress...and maybe for the set...but it def won't be up for best musical, or music..or anything like that...it didnt do well, remember?

i know everyone is gonna say LITTLE WOMEN
BUT I REALLY DIDNT LIKE IT...THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT IT IS SUTTON...LITTLE WOMEN SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN MADE INTO A MUSICAL
it is one of my favorite plays and making it a musical just DIDNT work..

im sure sutton will be up for best actress tho...

i ahvent seen dirty rotten schoundrels yet but i have a feeling its going to be up for alot of awards...with a cast like that alone

i really wish dracula could be among best musical but its def not going to be...

i agree....loved sutton...didnt care for the show.its a good movie....or play...but not a good musical in my point of view...i dont think it would win the Tony....not good enough.

ugh I finally saw a movie version on little women and hated it! I loved the musical, but it will not win for best musical that is for either dirty rotten scoundrels or for spamalot. But little women will be nominated, and I hope light in the piazza is as well.

That seems to be the million dollar question! I think it is going to be an exciting season where anything can happen.

i think "bombay dreams" was last season's ...so in case it doesnt count as a 2005 show...i apologize....i am not that informed.

I am not sure the rest of the category is even going to matter, I think Spamalot is gonna sweep like the producers (with perhaps a nod to sherie for DRS)

I think its going to be a toss up between drs and spamlot...the publicity and reviews so far for both shows are just as positive and neither has opened yet! let's see what the critics think

DRS is going to rule. It's going to win more than Spamalot. Let's face it, DRS pretty much owns the Best Actor Category.

If Sara Ramirez doesn't get Best Actress in a Musical for Spamalot, I no longer believe the Tonys. And Spamalot for Best Musical, of course.

Sara Ramirez's part isn't large enough for Best Actress - she'll most likely be nominated as Featured, and even there, she's got strong competition from Maureen McGovern in Little Women.

norbert will be nominated for sure....i hope melissa errico,kelli ohara and darren ritchie will be as well
