rabymon10, I was just saying why they wouldn't include those things.

I still don't even see why they would make another cast recording. They have Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenowith on the first one and although I am not their biggest fans, Idina not only has a huge fan base in American but also in England and a lot of other parts of the world and Kristin has a huge fan base in America. So, I don't really think they would make such a profit off a second recording because...
1) Only Australian's would mainly buying it.
2) It would be impossible to find in stores in other countries
3) You can't even get it in the iTunes Store because the American recording is in that one.

Where has it even been stated that an Australian recording is in the works?

As for it being stated, rosscoe(au) usually has a lot of accurate inside information. Of coarse, it's probably only being talked about right now - but the wheels are more than likely in motion.

I doubt the producers could care less what their feelings were on the matter.

I don't think we're going to get another English language recording, though I'd love one, as long as it's still on Broadway (which will obviously be a long, long time).

1. There is only one English language cast recording of Phantom, as Crawford had a contract with RUG that he would be the only English Phantom recorded.
2. Wicked Witch of the East was indeed cut to avoid spoilers. I highly doubt it would be recorded for any subsequent cast albums.

Khashoggi - could you post the link of the article about Wicked Witch of the East and spoilers please? Is it on a website, or how do you know this is the reason it does not appear on the recording?
