The original program just included the original Broadway cast. The second included a mix of different companies, while the most recent was just released for the 10th Anniversary and included an alumni list.

Both of the programs I have have both broadway and other companies included
Maybe there was a third original program with this cover, Does anyone know the year of the others, I do not have the original one with just the original cast, I must have the second and third?
I don't know the exact years years, but there are multiple Wicked programs, with the first having a map border:
There are also these programs:
(around 200
(around 2011?)
And of course there were the most recent 10th Anniversary editions (4 different covers; same contents).
(sorry the pictures are so large, they were all I could find fast!)

Was that ever an official program sold at performances? I picked up a copy from the Broadway Flea Market a couple years ago. It feels more like a promotional program than a souvenir program, though it's designed in that style. Each of the productions of Wicked have dedicated pages, unlike a typical souvenir program.
