Tell me what you guys think. REMINDER: This for only highly acclaimed Broadway stars and celebrities.
- Elphaba- Kelly Clarkson- I think she sits well in this role. She has the strong voice and can sing very high. I was also considering Adele and Mariah Carey for this role, but we don't know how high Adele can sing and if/whether Mariah can act well.
- Glinda- Demi Lovato- She can sing with immense strength and looks the part with a blonde wig. I DID consider Arianna Grande, but she isn't as strong of a singer. We also know that Demi Lovato has good acting skills.
- Fiyero- Nick Jonas- Looks the part, sings the part, nothing seems arguable here.
- Madame Morrible- Jennifer Hudson- This woman is a very accomplished actress recently in Finding Neverland and has the pipes to deliver anything in Morrible's small solos in duets/group songs
- Nessarose- Anna Kendrick- I saw somebody say that she would fit perfectly in this role, and it made me wonder, Why not?

There are so many things wrong with this I don't know where to begin. First off, Jennifer Hudson was never in Finding Neverland. While she sang a song from the show at one point, she has only been seen in The Color Purple which she departed earlier this month.

this list is terrible. Kelly isn't an actress. Demi's voice and look is all wrong for Glinda obviously, though I could see her as Elphaba perhaps. Jennifer is 30 years too young for Morrible.

Oh my goodness no. I can see Anna Kendrick as Nessa, but that's about it. I'm not even going to entertain the notion of kelly clarkson or demi levato playing those roles. As for Jennifer Hudson, I agree she's a better actress than people sometimes give her credit for. But I don't see her as Morrible. She is too young and is not believable as a that sort of villain.

elphaba: an unkown (Alison Luff)
Glinda: an unknown or Anna Camp
Fiyero: Nick Jonas or Zac Efron
Madame Morrible: Helen Mirren or Queen Latifah
The Wizard: Steve Martin
Nessa: Zendaya or Hailee Steinfeld
Boq: Shawn Mendes or Niall Horan
Ranger Tom

Mariah Carey can't act her way out of a paper bag. She was okay in "Precious", but that doesn't make up for "Glitter." There's a reason Carey has stuck to recording. Also, she's what, 20 years too old for the role?
