Sorry for starting a new thread, but that other thread is psycho.

this is from Broadway for Broke People

Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown
Student Rush
$21.50, cash only.
Open only to current students.
Available 2 hours prior to curtain, subject to availability.
2 tickets per ID.

Can someone confirm that it is definitely two tickets per ID?

I believe it is actually 1 ticket per ID, though I can't say for sure. The Lincoln Center policy is usually 1 per ID, and I know Women on the Verge is following their policy in all other respects. When I did the student rush over the weekend, my two friends and I were all asked for our student IDs, even though we went up to the window together.

And, if you don't mind, how early did you get there? Thanks in advance!

We showed up at 1pm for the Sunday 3pm matinee. There was a line at the box office, but it consisted entirely of people buying/picking up regular tickets. We didn't see or hear anyone else ask for rush.

The seats were on the far house left end of the first and second rows. They were really pretty awful, because the stage is high and there's a bunch of huge scenery, but it was nice to have such a close-up view at a few points. For $21.50, I'll take what I can get. WOMEN ON THE VERGE Rush.....?

So would you say it would be better to pay a bit more and ensure seats, but in the balcony, than take a chance and get rush seats?

I got there at 12 for the matinee yesterday and was giving row D on the left. It was a decent seat, the only thing that was really hard to see was Pepa's kitchen.

I definitely plan to go back and see the show from the balcony, just because I feel like I missed so much of the overall visual. The rush tickets don't seem to be very hard to get, but they also aren't always in a good location for this particular show.
