You know, regardless of the price, I appreciate what the original poster is trying to set up here; however, I grow wary when businesses try to spam boards with random links (especially when there are two links on the same day within 15 minutes of each other).

So is this like NYC community theatre? If so, I just don't understand how you can rehearse once a week, or three time a week, etc. And how can you actually do a show where some people rehearse more than others? And if there are no auditions, how do you cast? Do people just walk in, put money on the table, and demand roles? This all seems awkward and kind of bogus to me.

DE: I totally get it. If you don't want to audition, you are in the chorus or an extra. If you want a part, you do audition.
I don't have a problem with the rehearsal schedule either, however, I'm sure that if you want a lead, you can't expect to only rehearse once a week.
I only call people to rehearsal that will be used, and I schedule that very carefully.
I can't vouch for this group, but I don't see anything wrong with it, assuming the money goes into all the production costs.
