I saw the show September 10th & in the playbill there was an insert for the site so atleast since then. Probably sometime in the summer I'm assuming

Yeah - I won 8 tickets the other day & 2 days later they emailed me asking 3 possible dates I could go & theyre supposed to be emailing me back any second literally with what day they're giving me tickets for.

For people who have one things, have they changed the amount of packages left for the package you got, or has it changed the same? I want to know if I should go for the backstage passes or if I should just get the 2 free tickets to make sure I get something.

yeah they actually just reset all the gifts this week. There were no free tickets left & then I think around last Thursday they put up more things. You should go for the VIP pack

okay, i need help with this site:
I have 602,000 points, and I am trying to get the CD. For the CD, it says you need to be Gold Level, and you need at least 450,000 points to be at the Gold Level. Well, it says I'm still at silver level, even though I have over 450,000 points, and it won't let me get the CD!!!
i emailed the customer service
PLEASE, SOMEONE HELP!

Its the weekend they are not at the office now so on monday when they get in they will surely update you to gold!.
