I've fallen in love with "Wicked" this past summer and thought it only right to create a group. If you'd like to join and help me get it rolling the link is

With in the upcoming months, I have a feeling more members will come and fans will be created. It's so hard not to love this musical.

I have tickets for it, but I'm wary. I mean, Stephen Schwartz, for one thing. I'm not declaring myself a fan before I see the show, I know that's a strange concept for many people here, but... that's just me.

That's perfectly fine. I've noticed something about the music in Wicked...it's completely different from anything he's done before. This is the only thing of his I think I like actually.

I tend to like Mr. Schwartz-- I loved the album they did for him from Fynsworth/Versase. I also LOVE and ADORE Children of Eden.

'Scooped'? I simply made a yahoo group seeing as there were none. If you dislike it say what could be better (not much you can do with a yahoo group) or don't join. If you like it then feel free to join. No one is forcing. Just announcing the making of a Broadway group on a broadway message board.

I said nothing that implied you were forcing anyone to do anything, and if that's how you interpreted it, then it wasn't my doing.

I was providing the link to let you know that a community had already been created on LiveJournal and that if you were wondering, some of your target audience may already be on the LJ Wicked Comm.
