Was anyone at DRS tonight (10/26/05)?

I was passing by the theater and saw lots of security and policemen standing by an open side door, with a two dark cars (one with flashing lights on top) parked...they looked like they were ready to usher in some people. I had to go in to see "Movin' Out" so I didn't see who was in the car.

Just curious who it was~ it wasn't Condi Rice was it? After the Spamalot situation, I don't think she'll be at a Broadway show anytime soon.

I looked in on the Greg Jbara cam and he didn't mention anybody. I know that Hugh Jackman and Halle Berry were there a few days ago. If they don't deserve the limo treatment, who does? LOL

it might have been Jonathan Pryce seeing the show again. but last time he saw it, there was no security. so, in short, I have no idea.

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree.

thanks~ my friend and I asked a policeman guarding the door and he said that he didn't know who was in the dark car...such a liar.

He really may not have known. He might have just been told to be there as security for a celebrity or someone important.

ROTFLMAO.

Thanks for posting this, great that I was able to hear and share this story.

Totally not what you thought...

Apparently...yesterday between the evening and matinee shows, a homeless man somehow walked into the DRS stage door, found his way to wardrobe, and attempted to wash his hair. Understandably, got into a large quarrel w/ one of the wardrobe/hair/make-up ppl, and was finally escorted out by the cops.

So there you have it.

Not something you hear everyday...
