TTB is wonderful. Gahh, kills me that I still don't have the album. It's definitely on my Xmas list!
Gertrudejessalyn, do you mean, like, Anthony covered the Bowie part so it sounds like Anthony and Bing Crosby? Oh man, I gotta hear that...

When did I become a Broadway Legend? I bet 85% of those posts were in this thread.
I love ttB as a whole, but Louder Than Words is my favorite song from it.

Posted: 12/1/05 at 9:51pmLouder Than Words is one of my favorite songs. I'm learning that and 30/90 on the piano right now. 30/90 is so fun to play. Ooohh this guy who played Jonathan in TTB in a production in Baltimore recently was amazing and my friend is directing a show with him in it so I get to meet him and swoon. Horray. So random.

First off, does anyone have the Christmas song? It would go lovely with Adam's "Winter Light" song.
Also, people were discussing his book tour. Has anyone found a schedule and where it is? A link would be lovely.
2. Great buckets of Spoffnor, they're going to sing!
3. "I love shrubs that are historical." -Johnny and The Sprites
4. "We're not singing it to you, we're singing it for us." -Rosario Dawson, about La Vie Boheme
5. "The best moments in reading are when you come across something - a thought, a feeling, a way of looking at things - which you had thought special and particular to you. And now, here it is, set down by someone else, a person you have never met, someone even who is long dead. And it is as if a hand has come out, and taken yours." -The History Boys
6. "Pass the parcel. That's sometimes all you can do. Take it, feel it and pass it on. Not for me, not for you, but for someone, somewhere, one day. Pass it on, boys. That's the game I want you to learn. Pass it on." -The History Boys

Better clarify for peeps...
David Bowie was on Bing Crosby's show back in the day... did this song.
A few years ago... Anthony and Everett Bradley did the duet for a Broadway Cares cd, Home for the Holidays.
Did someone mention and Adam Pascal Christmas song??

WAIT I CAN ANSWER THAT! Let me find his post...
Here:
Thanks for your interest. We are just now laying the groundwork for the readings and signings I'll be doing, starting at the end of January and going through at least February. There will definitely be a big event in NY at the Barnes and Noble in Chelsea on February 21st, and other events sprinkled around whenever and wherever we can make them happen. So far, I'm going to also be at Booksmith in San Francisco on February 16th, Books and Books in Miami on February 24th, and an as-yet-to-be-determined store in Dallas on Feb 26th or 27th. More cities and stores will be added in the coming weeks and months, including Boston, Chicago, St. Louis, Los Angeles, and as many as we can fit in.
I'll be relaunching my website very soon, and it will have all info updated there regularly.
It wouldn't hurt to start emailing Simon and Schuster in the mean time, to let them know that there's a real interest in the book, so they might put a little more muscle behind it. I assume you can contact them via their website. Or you could draft letters to me either on this site or via pm and I can pass them along to the powers that be.
Thanks in advance for all of your support.
Anthony
Hope that helps!

Haha, Rogue. Yay! Now I moved up a rank! Whee!
Pssssh. Normal is for losers.
*ahem* Anyway. I think I'm gonna head out now... 5 minutes to 'ER,' and then I'm going to sleep, 'cause I'm dead tired. And I'm not even supposed to be online - thank goodness it was one of my mom's more oblivious days.
'Night, guys!
