How did the revival differ from the original? I tried looking up pictures but came up with nothing.

If the West End revival was the same production as the UK tour that preceded it then if I remember correctly it was essentially an entirely new production with different scenery, costumes, direction and choreography. "You Won't Succeed on Broadway" was also reworked and called "You Won't Secceed in Showbiz." The idea being that a musical doesn't succeed these days without celebrity stunt casting. There is a cast album of the tour.

I think the reworked version of "You Won't Succeed On Broadway" was in the original West End version. The American joke that Jews are crucial to musical theatre isn't really known in England. I know that's why Eric Idle rewrote the song.
