I'm pretty sure we all have them. A show that you shouldn't like, but love. A show that you know has problems, but like it anyway. What's yours? Could be for any reasons
Mine is Rock Of Ages. By all accounts, this should be the type of musical I don't like. Obviously a jukebox and phoning in a plot based on pre-existing material. But there's something about the self-referencing nature and some of the side characters that I can't help but enjoy when I see it. It also doesn't hurt that the music is one of my favorite genres.
Bring It On. Oh my god, I am obsessed with that show.

WE WILL ROCK YOU. Saw it 3 times. It's so awful and so much fun.
Chicago. I see it once (or more) a season. It just gets me every time, I love it!

I enjoyed The Addams Family.
Starlight Express. I listened to the megamix this morning and it put me in the best mood!
I'll second Shrek and Bring it On. I'll also add Annie and Catch Me if You Can.

XANADU and lately the sublimely silly DISASTER! THE MUSICAL.
Any Wildhorn show.
Mary Poppins. I saw it in London and then New York and later a touring company in the UK. I just love the big production numbers - especially Anything Can Happen!
Saw Priscilla Queen of the Desert 4 times. LOVE the show. And the album is one of the most played on my itunes library.
Priscilla! Saw it 14 times. Always made me smile.

We Will Rock You. I've seen the London version 3 times. It's so dumb, but it's Queen and I've heard some amazing singers perform.
Bring it On is amazing, but there was no audience for it.
As far as guilty pleasures, I have to admit that I liked Sister Act and The Great American Trailer Park Musical
The Addams Family
Women On the Verge
Bonnie & Clyde
Bring It On
Mamma Mia
Legally Blonde
Shrek
Big Fish
Side Show (Only From OBCR)
Chaplin
Not that these shows are "guilty pleasures" to me, but apparently I am not allowed to like them...
THE ADDAMS FAMILY
WICKED
JEKYLL AND HYDE
Bombay Dreams, The Wedding Singer, Wonderful Town, First Date.
I may be in a very select group but I loved sections of Which Witch...
And still live in hope of a revival of the Moby Dick that Cameron Mackintosh produced prior to that, also at The Piccadilly.. I had such a fun eve in the theatre watching that, but unfortunately it was it's final show.
