Oh, Hairspray, without a doubt. I can't not listen to that show and not have an urgent need to dance around in my underwear. :)

I used to do it to Grease a lot
now it's Hedwig, Rent, and the perky songs on the Alice Emily CD, Unsuspecting Hearts.

Cabaret and Hello Dolly --- I played a dancing waiter in both shows in college, and still remember when to twirl.
Sweet Charity and Pippin are a blast too. Mary Poppins can't be beat yet either --- though I know it is not technically a Broadway musical yet.
