Beauty and the Best
Les Mis
Hairspray. I'm the first to mention it in this thread, but I know there are several others out there who agree with me.
Beauty and the Beast. Could and do.
The Wild Party (LaChiusa)
Sweeney Todd (Original)
Marie Christine (Only a GREAT production, though)
Dance of the Vampires (I just love it)

The original version of HOW TO SUCCEED IN BUSINESS WITHOUT REALLY TRYING.
LES MISERABLES
PHANTOM OF THE OPERRA
WICKED
DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS
Rent. It's not even so much the show anymore (although I always enjoy it), it's the experience of playing lotto and being in the Nederlander.
I want to say Drowsy also, because I have already found it to be addicting, but maybe it's too soon to tell. And Phantom actually can be addicting at times, too.

If the cast is full of energy, Les Miz. If not, The Drowsy Chaperone.
Wicked
I'd say Wicked or Les Mis.
I have to agree with many on this list:
1. Rent: Like everyone said, this show really got me hooked onto theatre. I have seen this show 4 times on Broadway, 3 times off Broadway...and I still want to see it again although some of the casting in the past has been dissapointing. It's about being at the Nederlander Theatre where it all started for me 10 years ago.
The rest that i loved include: Wedding Singer (saw twice), Wicked (3 times), and The Last 5 Years (multiple times). However, I did get sick of DRS and Jersey Boys which I was damned surprised at...I think especially in DRS the fact that i completely forgot what the movie was about made me enjoy it that much more the first time.
