Just thinking about this.
The most that I can think of is Hamilton, Angels in America, and Company, all of which have seven principle parts that have been nominated for the Tony. To specify:
Hamilton, Burr, Eliza, Lafayette/Jefferson, Washington, Angelica, and King George from Hamilton. Burr, Lafayette/Jefferson, and Angelica all being winning roles. Whats notable of course is that all these acting nods - among its many others - came from just one ceremony.
Prior Walter, Roy Cohn, Louis, Joe, Harper, Hannah, and Belize from Angels in America. Belize has won one Tony, Roy two, and Prior three. It technically got all these roles nominated for one production, but not one ceremony, with part one getting five action nods, while part two got three acting nods. Over the three ceremonies its competed at, Prior is the only role nominated - and winning - each time. Roy, Harper, and Hannah have all be nominated twice. The Angel of America is role from the show to not be nominated for a Tony, which makes sense given its easily the smallest part, and I think most everyone would agree the weakest showcase.
Bobby, Joanne, Amy, Harry, Sarah, April, and Marta in Company. None of these parts have won a Tony. All of these parts but Amy were nominated for the original production, with the supporting parts of Joanne and April in lead. Given both featured categories only included three nominees, this move paid off in terms of sheer nominations. Subsequent Broadway productions have been far less successful when it comes to acting, with the first revival having only Amy nominated, and the second only Bobby.
Putting all that trivia aside, is there any other show that has seven or even more roles nominated for a Tony?

Show Boat has also had 7 characters nominated between the 1983 and 1995 revivals (Gaylord, Magnolia, Julie, Cap'n Andy, Joe, Frank and Queenie). And Jerome Robbins Broadway had 7 actors nominated as well (of course this was a revue so it's not quite 7 individual characters, but 7 performers from the same production).
And then I suppose you could say the record technically belongs to Sound of Music since they jointly nominated all of the 7 children, making a total of 10 different roles being recognized (Maria, Von Trapp, Max, Leisl, Friedrich, Louisa, Kurt, Brigitta, Marta and Gretl). But of course that has a bit of an asterisk next to it.
I feel like there have to be more examples with 7+, but I can't think of any specifically now.
The Mystery of Edwin Drood also has seven: Chairman, Edwin Drood, Rosa Bud, John Jasper, Princess Puffer, Neville Landless, Helena Landless.
