I actually thought Defying Gravity would be a good name for a plane, but when I pitched the idea to friends they though superstitious people would be afraid to fly on it for some reason.
If ever I own a plane (which I hope to, although I'd like some kind of futuristic e-friendly one) I'll give the Defying Gravity name a shot!
