I admit I do llike Rise Above and Boy Falls from Spider-Man.
If i'm in the right mood I can get into a couple of WIldhorn's power ballads as much as I don't care for his scores in general or theatrical terms.
There are a couple of Starlight Express yunes I admit to being guilty pleasures as well, but I'm too ashamed to name them...

I thought he lives in you reprise was amazing and inspiring. The rest of the show was tedious (except the opening was good too)

Jordan, I'm a fan of SPELLING BEE, but I love that your favorite song from it is "The I Love You Song." It's always been weirdly emotionally destructive to me. I'm not sure why. I think it's one of the best songs Finn's ever written.

Growl, it's exactly the same for me.
As for the show, I absolutely love it. Except for the score. That and "My Friend The Dictionary" are the only two songs I like from the show, although the show itself I think is great.
It's strange.

The reprise of "I'm Not That Smart" also makes me cry :-/
That is strange. I musically hate both "Magic Foot" and "My Unfortunate Erection," so I guess it's a mixed bag for me, as well, but the show really can be uproariously funny. A friend of mine was in an excellent community theater production of it in D.C. last year.
Anyway, I'm sorry your show got trashed last night

Quite often, I don't remember songs from shows I don't like. I'll go with what I can recall.
"Change Don't Come Easy" from "Memphis" (I really disliked the show, but Cass Morgan's delivery was fabulous)
"Fly, Fly Away" and "Don't Break the Rules" from "Catch Me if You Can"
