A solid A to Z story (even if some of the middle letters got mixed),good word of mouth regarding the lead, the unpretentiousness of the title (If it had been titled "Waitress!" it might have failed) and to restate once more everybody loves pies.

In my opinion, it's done everything right.  Creative team, cast, marketing, all top notch.

The only thing they did right was sell tickets and send the smell of pies soaring through theatre.

I found it a collossal bore but somehow they sell tickets.

To each his own I suppose.  I was dumbfounded at the reaction of this board regarding She Loves Me which I found to be a total bore.  You just never know.

It was lousy and long. They did everything wrong…
Where did they go right? 

So crass and so crude, even Sara Lee would've booed

They shouted hooray, for that pie rack on display?

The leading man was so gay, he nearly flew away
Where did they go right? 

A show so easy to despise... 
Now it's up for the Pulitzer Prize!
