Phantom of the Opera FOR SURE!
I am a major major major phan of all Phantom-related genre.
P.S. I wish they would bring Phantom of the Paradise to Broadway. That would be awesome!

The UK, inexplicably, is getting Phantom Of The Opera on Dec 10th, two weeks prior to the US, which almost never happens. And Proof probably won't open here until 2007, so I won't be at either.
Nothing precious, plain to see, don't make a fuss over me. Not loud, not soft, but somewhere inbetween. Say sorry, just let it be the word you mean.

I'm sure I will be seeing Phantom of the Opera Christmas day with my parents and Jarico. Later that week, we will be seeing All Shook Up and Spamalot.

People actually spend Christmas Eve in a movie theatre?
"I don't really get the ending, all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang, and later she kissed him on the toilet, after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung, and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen, and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady? Please help me,thank u very much!"
Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!

I won't be there Christmas Eve, but I'll drag allll of my friends to Phantom of the Opera Dec.26. None of my other friends even liked Broadway but uhh... thanks to me they do
What is Broadway? A street? Some say it's a street. Some say it is the best street in the world. Others think its terrible. That's the beauty of it, it's terribly beautiful. Some hate it and don't know why. Others love it and don't know why. That's what makes it so wonderful, it's a mystery.

Peter Pan.
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

"Is it going to be the musical phantom?!"
Well, what other Phantom of the Opera is there? Yes, the musical.
I am not going Christmas Eve, but will definitely see Phantom of the Opera. Hope it is not limited release like Chicago and we have to wait longer.

Of course there's other versions of Phantom of the Opera. It wasn't born as a musical- I'm pretty sure it was a silent film, and possibly a novel.

I'm a big boy. I'm going to both.

Phantom of the Opera is neither rock nor opera. Jesus Christ Superstar and Tommy are more along the lines of rock operas.

Yes Matt you're right. Its an operetic musical. The only real rock number (if u want to call it that) is the title song
