Not so much when I "hear" it, but from reading off the little verse-like-thing at the top there, it reminds me of In the Heights.
(...although, I might be biased by the fact that I'm obsessed with ITH.)
But "Home" is a big theme in it, and there's not many poems that go by me now without me reading them out as a rap. :|

But I guess if you were going for something more obvious, I'd say Wicked...Wiz of Oz....anything to do with Wiz of Oz...

The top part reminds me of In the Heights because its poetic and has the same themes of ITH, but the actual video is deffinatly a take on the Wizard of Oz.

I get hints of "Ease on Down the Road" from THE WIZ mixed with "Suddenly, Seymore" from LITTLE SHOP. Also, a bit of "Can you feel the love tonight" from Lion King.

I heard Surrender! but I thought that was just me.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.
