a) Caroline or Change (absolutely brilliant)
b) The Light in the Piazza (stunning and brilliant)
Is anyone else pleased with this year's acceptance of musicals which actually require the audience to think. Its a shame Caroline didn't recieve its worthy due.

^whoever was talking about it, I've watched that video of Moon for the Misbegotten. It is AMAZING. woohoo! I watched it in my theatre class
I have no idea what the criteria for being on PBS are so I'll just say I want to see Last Five Years because I do

Deaf West production of Big River!! Because everything else you can get a OBC CD (assuming it's a musical), but they didn't record 2001 Original Revival Cast for Big River. I wish at least they'd broadcast the show!

I would love to see "Light in the Piazza," "Ragtime," and "Caroline or Change."
Now, if they do it, it's another story.

What show *wouldn't* I like to see on PBS is a better question...
If it's on and theatre-related, chances are I'll watch it. Except Cats.

To answer the question: Piazza! Or DRS! Or, oh, as everyone says, ANYTHING!
I think there's a lot of merit in Broadwayalto01's suggestion! PBS is national, remember, and a lot of people never get to Broadway, so it's not an issue. Maybe they could do one of their fundraisers just for this project!

"It's more like .... What shows wouldn't I like to see on PBS.. they should tape the OBC Opening Night of every show, and when it closes, release it for the public to see... Anyone agree? "

Posted: 6/9/05 at 10:24pmI'd love to see the current production of Fiddler on the Roof. I love that show so much, plus I'd be able to see what Harvey is like as Tevye (I saw it when Alfred Molina was in it).
