It would be a toss-up between the 1989 RSC Othello (with Ian McKellen, Willard White, Zoe Wanamaker, and Imogen Stubbs), the 2004 LA Opera production of A Little Night Music (with Victor Garber, Judith Ivey, Zoe Caldwell, Laura Benanti, and Kristen Bell), or the pre-Broadway Master Class in Los Angeles (with Zoe Caldwell and Audra McDonald).
