Margo Channing did pass away, rather suddenly, about three years ago. I don't remember the details--I learned about it from a mutual friend who, sadly, has also passed away far too soon.

He was only in his forties.

I clearly didn't know him personally. I used to read threads before I joined and MargoChanning posted on them and I thought he was hilarious. Then I joined and read his last post was some time ago so I wondered what happened. Sad that he passed.

Why do you care how I knew of Margo?

I have been facebook friends with Jaystarr for a year or two now also. He is doing very well, was just in NYC a few weeks ago and saw Priscilla.

I'm so saddened to hear of Margo's passing, even though it's so long after the fact. He was an absolute treasure to have on these boards, and I valued every single bit of correspondence I had with him.

Jaystarr is alive and well, living in Boston with his husband and his two adorable kittens.
