For example, Broadway tours that pass by close to me are Charlotte and Raleigh in NC, the Broadway Light Series and the Broadway Series South.

Cleveland, OH just announced their season. I am also proud to post the link:
You can also check out my site, Travelin' Broadway. It isn't the best yet, but new tours are being added daily.
I have not heard any comments on it, so I assume everyone likes it so far.

LOL! Flatery will get you nowhere Dolly-poop. I surely don't know "everything about anything". But I will be happy to share what I do know about booking shows at venues.
Many theaters and Performing Arts Centers run seasons from Sept.-May and make their upcoming season annoucements in Feb./Mar.
Considerations of shows are often made a year in advance. Sometimes they have a 2 yr. plan.
Venues that book summer series tend to announce 6 mos. prior to their seasons. So a June-Sept. season is generally announced by Dec. or sooner. These are not hard fast rules, but it's what I've experienced.
I hope this helps.

Oooo! Musetta, you guys are getting CATS! I saw it June 03. It was awesome! Of, course it's my favorite so obviously I loved it....even though it's non-equity and they cut a song out...

Posted: 4/8/04 at 1:22amYes CATSNY, I saw RENT at the Aladdin, and it was AMAAAAAAAZING! Probably the best I've seen it. I might go to 42nd Street, I haven't decided. I just wish other tours would come here, not just L.A., namely Movin' Out! However, I do think it's a good thing it's not coming here. I don't think I could bear seeing it without my darling love Mr. Cavanaugh!

What? We already had Cats. And it got cancelled by a blackout.
I'm in the San Francisco area. I was just linking to help.

American Theatre Magazine (published by TCG) publishes a summer festival list of member theatres soon and closer to the fall will publish a full-season listing of their member theatres across the US. These are the regional theatres.
Each issue also has a current list of what is playing where.
