The winner was announced last night. It was some girl from Katy, TX.

It aired on the Lifetime Network.

Yeah, and this girl named Lucy from South Carolina lost, but she was SO much better. America is pissed.

Lucy did have a great voice -- but I don't think Broadway was ready for an Afican American Elle Woods. I still think it was wrong for the producers to even let go on the show since it was obvious they weren't going to pick her.

That would be genius in casting. Plus, Paulette isn't race specific. I would LOVE to see an African American Paulette.

Lol, had a Twilight Zone moment there!

A friend of my daughter is a finalist and I was suddenly concerned for her! (I detest reality shows but if she gets on there, guess who'll be tuning in!) :)
